Ms. Manos has worked in Health Information Management for over 25 years. Since its inception in 1997, her company Express Document Service, Inc. has been a pioneer in developing computer generated medical documentation and safe storage record keeping. As a former teacher of business, she continues to educate through her online school, The Florida Academy of Medical and Legal Infomatics, which offers specialized training in transcription and administrative office studies and her training seminars. Ms. Manos attended St. John's College. She is a member of the American Association of Medical Writers and The Society for Clinical Data Management (SCDM). She is a Notary Public. She is currently writing a management book addressing generational employee communication styles and identifying solutions.

Mr. Everhart has been actively involved in health care since 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds dual degrees in Microbiology and Zoology, as well as additional training in Information Technology and security. Mr. Everhart strives to meet the needs of his clients. He has designed and initiated software development to improve ADA compliance for academic settings. His team is currently collaborating development of technology to improve dictation portal methods to improve information systems management. He is a strong advocate for health information security compliance and specializes in ICD9 (ICD10)/CPT compliance audits by the Federal government and health insurance agencies.
Damian M. Everhart, MBA, BSN, RN, EMT-P

Mr. Everhart is a Doctoral Candidate In Health Management Services at the University of Florida. He holds a Masters Degree in Business (Finance) from the Univ. of Florida and attended the University of South Florida School of Nursing, where he received his BSN. He provided direct patient care in the critical care section of an 80 bed Emergency Department with 116,000 patient visits per year and was a paramedic for the Fire and Rescue Department for the City of Gainesville, FL. As a former AvMed insurance underwriter, Mr. Everhart assisted in the development of large and small group policies and procedures. He is actively involved in researching patient safety and advocacy issues in addition to working on Health Care Reform Legislation Issues through the University of Florida and various U.S. Government health provider entities.

Mrs. Castorina has a 30 year history of lecturing on Professional Development and enhancement. She is well known for developing curriculum and methods of training for individuals and groups. As a counselor and educator, she exhibits a profound knowledge of human behavior and performance with emphasis on individual differences in ability, personality and interests, and has years of experience in assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. Ms. Castorina is the creator and developer of the management program used extensively by the Department of Defense, and as a noted lecturer, she has prepared and delivered Child Abuse seminars to the Special Legislative Committee, for the Florida State Legislature in Tallahassee, FL. Susan brings a wealth of experience in instructing a diverse population of students at varying academic levels.
